From what I saw in my last visit (October of last year), the garage building is just a garage. If you need a restroom you'll need to go into the terminal building. Take my comment with a grain of salt, though -- I'm mobility limited and have a handicap placard for my car, so I parked on the ground floor and didn't get to see the upper decks of the garage space. It's possible there's a restroom somewhere on an upper floor; pinging @KathyC, who was also at Cape Liberty last year and parked in the garage there. whenismynextcruise Posted February 5, 2019 Report Share Posted February 5, 2019 No bathrooms in the garage. When you exit the garage and head towards the terminal there are restrooms on your left. Yes there are restrooms on prior to entering the terminal, i know this because of the loooong lines getting back from our cruise and not having but 3 custom agents checking our re-entry. KathyC Posted February 7, 2019 Report Share Posted February 7, 2019 Sorry, was on Brilliance so not checking the boards. There are restrooms inside the terminal but there is a single stall (one male/one female) when you get out of the terminal that you can access before you go in or after you come out when disembarking.
