Casino Royale Self service booking request form

I am aware of the site and have gone there a couple of times but I find it fairly useless as there are no details about the offers - no prices or other details on the offer(s) plus there are always offers missing from that list.  I surmise that the offers that I am getting through snail mail are coming from the Revenue Dept rather than Club Royale since those seem to be the ones that are usually missing - and those are by far the best offers.

I would certainly never book anything using that site. I have no confidence at all that the online site would be the best deal.  Even when I call the service desk I am likely to get different answers from different reps on the same exact offer so I would not trust that website at all.

I think that website is a work in progress. It’s bound to have more functionality at some point or it’s an utter waste of effort.

After every club royale booking, i seem to receive a survey. I always point out that a fully functional website that would allow members to “ghost book” to explore different options before ultimately booking online would probably save them money in the long run. And that was before club royale reservation line started having 30 minute minimum wait times

Neat trick I found about the self service booking form....I had called and apparently it was very busy time with high wait times....so I filled out the form after 20 minutes and forgot about it.  Got a call within 24 hours from Casino agent.  When I filled out the form I just noted the offer and the sailing (which I knew didn't line up)....so then they called me and we figured something out.  It's funny....7 days ago I was swearing I wouldn't sail with them again because of the terrible execution on the free play chips (that is no longer available at the time of this post)...and now I am going out with them again in April.  *sigh*....it doesn't help that the wife has fallen in love with the carefree life style of being on board ship.
