Lost Cruise Certificates, anybody with the 2019 listings of available cruises?

As I have said elsewhere, we used Royal-Up for our NYE cruise on Indy this week. We received notice of our changed room the day before we were due to sail. Unfortunately I did not know I needed to tell the Casino Host about the room change. Consequently, we did not receive the Casino Certificates we had earned, I am sure they went to our original room. Now I deal with Casino Royale and can book through them, and I am equally sure they will have a record of the Certificates #'s BUT I badly need the list of available sailings for 2019 which is usually on the reverse of the Cruise Certificate.  Can anyone help me?

Joy, I sent you a copy of the back of one of the certs that we got on Grandeur a couple of days ago.  Hopefully the list of cruises is the same as the ones that you  had on the back of your cert.

Also, as I mentioned in another thread, I strongly recommend that you call a different phone number to book your cruise, once you determine which one you want.  I have found that the staff for the regular "'Prime" number are a little bit better.  That number is 866-213-3116.  They all must be very busy b/c I called twice yesterday and I had a fairly lengthy wait on hold both times.

Also, off topic a bit...  There have been a few other threads discussing some basic "dos and don'ts" regarding the new Club Royale program.  One of those MUST DO's is to make sure that you visit the Casino Host/Hostess at the VERY end of the night on the last night to 1) get a final tally on your reward points for the cruise and 2) see if you can get your certificate upgraded based on your final points count.  I have been tracking my points obsessively this year b/c I have NO confidence that the program office will ever get it right.  So when we visited Joyce on Grandeur on the last night, she upgraded both mine and Dan's certificates from $$ off certificates to comp interior rooms.  YIPPEE !!!  ...but when I called yesterday to redeem those certificates, I found that my certificate had been upgraded AGAIN later !  So I got a comp OV and Dan got a comp inside, which, when combined, gave us a comp balcony.  Every step you increase gives you a better baseline from which to upgrade, so the upgraded certs are very important.  Joyce is the BEST casino hostess ever.  We love her and I believe that she will be on the Oasis when we sail on her in December.  We followed her from Navigator to Grandeur and now we will (hopefully) see her again on Oasis.

I am not a gambler (well...I have fun with it but don't usually go over 50!) but I absolutely love reading your posts about how everything works.  It is really interesting!!!  Thanks for sharing your knowledge about suites and the casino!!!  Jane

Thank you so much for the very useful information, especially the phone number. I will lookforward to meeting you, and Joyce on the Oasis in December. I did not receive the list of sailings yet. Did you send it to my email?

Yes.  Early this morning.  Let me go back and be sure I didn’t make a mistake with the address

Thanks to info from you all, we combined our two Cruise Certificates to get a free Ocean View on our 3 November 2019 sailing on the Adventure of the Seas. I was very impressed with the Customer Service at Club Royale, and I am looking forward to this cruise. One of our ports is Grand Cayman, our home, so as I have done in the past If there is interest, I can organise a "behind the scenes" Insider's tour of the island.
