Is anyone still having the same problem like me? My cruise on the RC Voyager is on 16/04/2018 and I need to print my Set Sail Passes for 2 back-to-back cruises with the same ship and update my personal details. I have hit a road-block: (1) trying to enter my birth date - digits doubles up & gives me an error message; (2) was able to pass the hurdle, but cannot update my account, even after the ok on the Terms of Service & Private Policy. Help, please.
