Hello! I’m new so I’m not sure if this is an appropriate place for such a post but I wanted to see if I could ask a big favor of somebody on the current (11/3) sailing of the Allure OTS. We are seeking a large ship model of the Allure (where we had our very first cruise!). We are currently on the Liberty OTS and we will be sharing CocoCay tomorrow with Allure OTS. If you’re onboard Allure OTS and would be able to pick up a model for us from the shop please DM me and we can coordinate how we can meet you on CocoCay, pay for it, etc. Thanks for reading!

Hi there, happy to be here with you all! We are newer to cruising on Royal (we began cruising just over a year ago, but have since been on 7ish cruises spanning the seasons). On our first Royal cruise we got an Allure of the Seas ornament (a little 4 inch / 10 cm one with a loop at the top) that was an adorable little ship model. From there we wanted to get one for each ship we sailed with! We have found it to be hit or miss since then as to whether or not those ornament models (and/or the keychain version; see pictures below) are available. We are on the Freedom of the Seas right now and saw the shop actually had the ornament, after not finding them on our last 3 cruises. This find inspired us to seek your wisdom and insight: Does anyone else collect these ornaments and/or know their prevalence? Are the ornaments are seasonal or in short supply? Are they phasing them out? (Noooo!) We are just curious if continuing to hunt these will be fruitful and, if not, we may want to switch to the much bigger models in the blue boxes which seem to be available on every boat. Any guidance would be extremely helpful and appreciated! Thank you everybody!

The friends we are cruising with (Independence of the Seas, 12/6/18-12/10/18) were told we could get "mexican vanilla" while in Cozumel...anyone have any information on this?

I know it's a mixed bag in some of the ports. Some people have great experiences and some don't. We will visit St Maarten and St. Thomas on an eastern Caribbean itinerary in a couple weeks, and I want to buy something nice for my wife. Does anyone have any favorite shops or sales people in either of those ports? Any shops that should be avoided?
