Hi all! I’m a first time cruiser and sailing on the Liberty for a 4 night sailing in May. I have Celiac Disease so obviously I’m very nervous about the food situation! For my other gluten free cruisers: have you sailed on Liberty? Do you email RCCL in advance? How far in advance? What’s the best email? Do you have issues with cross contamination? Any other information to be aware of? Thank you!!

HI there! I'm sailing on Adventure out of San Juan on Saturday, stopping in St Thomas, St Kitts, Curacao & Aruba. I'm kind of silent member, I listen to all of Matt's podcasts, and peruse the blog and forums quite a bit, but dont speak out too much. :) I've learned so much here and would love to help pay it back and help contribute. I had a very good experience with gluten free dining on Majesty of the Seas, however I stayed in the dining room and the pizza :) Any experience with Liberty of the Seas? Are there any option at Johnny Rockets? the Cupcake shop? or any of the other outside options in case we want to branch out and give the others in my group a break?
