  1. I’m sailing on Allure of the Seas August 6th. I’m really excited. It I couldn’t help but notice how outdated the ship looks compared to the rest of the Oasis Class ships that are either new or Amplified. If you guys know when it will be refurbished that would be so cool because I’m having trouble figuring out when this will happen considering the losses RCCL has had in the last couple years.
  2. Hello, Anyone know when exactly the Explorer of the Seas will be refurbished? The only thing I have found is that it will be in 2020, but no additional information. We are sailing from 8/1/2020-8/9/2020 and would love to enjoy any additions to the ship. Thanks!
  3. I am a brand new newbie to Royal Caribbean and excited about giving it a try. Looking at cruise on Adventure next year but I am very confused about this ship. First, it looks as though it is being refurbished mid-Oct to mid-Nov 2016 but I can not find any details. What will be added and/or changed? Why does it have so few specialty dining venues, especially compared to other ships in her class? Just seems odd. Any other thoughts about this ship? Any help would be appreciated. It is either this or Liberty, but I love the itinerery on Adventure. Thanks!
  4. Looks like Royal is all in on water slides - http://www.royalcaribbeanblog.com/2015/07/15/royal-caribbean-will-add-new-water-slide-liberty-of-the-seas, but it doesn't look like I'll be on a ship anytime soon with these thrilling versions as the Radiance-class slides do not compare. This creates an interesting dichotomy among the cruise lines with Carnival, NCL, Disney and now Royal in the water slide camp, while Princess, Holland America, and Celebrity remain without.
