  1. I've noted various people on forums/discussions mention that some ships have a keycard lighting system for staterooms. Meaning (I assume) that a card must be inserted into a slot in the room for the lights to be operational. A few questions on that: What ships in the RC fleet use this technology? What kind of card are we talking about? (will an expired SeaPass Card suffice?) Does this also include power to electrical outlets? (or are those always 'on'?)
  2. My wife and i will be sailing the Jewel of the Sea the first week of April. We are flying into San Juan one day early. We are considering staying at the Courtyard San Juan Mirmar and I'd like any recent experiences. 1.) Is the hotel nice, clean and comfortable? 2.) Has the hotel recovered from the hurricane? 3.) Is the hotel convenient from the airport? 4.) Is the hotel convenient to Old Town? 5.) Is the hotel convenient to the cruise port? Any and all guidance will be appreciated. Brad
  3. I will be cruising on Majesty of the Sea in October 2017 and I was wondering if power strip are allowed onboard, if so what kind. I have a UL listed power strip(not surge protected) that I use on Carnival that I would like to take.
