  1. Questions regarding a comped cruise through the casino royale players program. I've always booked through a travel agency or directly with royal caribbean but for the first time I booked through casino royale for a comped cruise. The process was fairly easy, the agent asked me for the code provided on the e-mail and my C&A # to confirm my comp cruise. This is for Icon OTS in early March 2024 ocean view balcony room 7-nights western caribbean. Shortly after agent had me pay port/tax fees to lock in the booking the information was already showing on the royal caribbean app and website with my booking reservation #. Everything sounded too good to be true so I wanted to confirm, since they e-mailed a PDF statement of what it would have costed and it was well over $10,000usd for 2 people. All I had to cover was port/tax fees, prepaid gratuities and flight cost to from LAX to MIA. Questions: Am I allowed to change my sailing date after it was booked? Am I allowed to upgrade my cabin and pay the difference? Are there any limitations or difference compared to booking directly with royal caribbean or travel agency? If there are problems would I have to go through casino royale instead of royal caribbean? Has anyone else successfully/consistently booked through casino royale? If anyone has any additional input to add to this topic it would be much appreciated!
  2. Hi all, I'll be sailing on the QOTS August 21st and was hoping someone could post a recent picture of Casino rewards sheet, I know it changes a bit with every sailing, but I just need a general idea. On that same topic, does anyone know how they distribute points for table games. I know on the slot machines it's a 1-point for every $5 spent, but trying to get a better idea on how the handle the table games. Thanks
  3. Just got off of Radiance and was sorely disappointed to find that they had removed their Craps Table. In talking to the Casino Host she indicated that when they were “Down Under” for a while cruising Australia that they “did not need it”. Not sure if it was due to local laws there or just no one was playing. I believe they may have swapped it out for another Roulette table as we had 2 of those in a smaller sized casino and usually only one of them was opened. We primarily just resorted to slot play this time but I much prefer the action around the craps table. I am now trying to make sure not to repeat this experience and wondered if there are any detailed lists available anywhere showing the actual tables in the onboard casino? The Club Royal site shows the number of tables and slot machines onboard each ship on the Casino Host list but that’s as far as it goes. Are there others that have sailed on other Ships that also did not feature a Craps Table in their casino?
  4. Once you reach Club Royale "Prime" and get free drinks in the casino is it expected that these drinks are only intended for use while actively gambling or can you stop off and get your free drink while on the go?
  5. Does anyone know what a “Variable + $50 FREEPLAY” offer from Casino ROYALE offer is? How do we know what sailings are included & type of room. It expires 1/31/2020. It also shows a trade in value of $750.
  6. Just wondering if anyone had a problem waiting for RC Casino Royal to be issue a Certificate before the end of a cruise. I was given a Casino Royale VIP status on the last leg of my transpacific cruise from Honolulu to Sydney (Radiance of the Seas - 18 nights), in Sep/Oct, 2017. I, again, cruised from Singapore to Sydney in Oct/Nov 2017 (Ovation of the Seas - 14 nights) and was given the Casino Royale VIP Status and was promised a Certificate by the Casino Royale Manager, before disembarking in Sydney on 07/12/2017. The day of the disembarkation, I approached the front desk and was informed that the CERTIFICATE will be emailed. I am still waiting and have contacted a few people, but it seemed that nobody cares. I have played at the Casino Royale and would like to receive a response in regards to this. I have 3 other cruise reservations with Royal Carribean this year, 2018, so the CERTIFICATE would have come handy.
