  1. Hello I am going on the Ovation for an Alaska cruise Sept 12, 2022. I have purchased the unlimited dining package for myself and my SO. I have cruised before but have never used the dining package. I am wondering how it actually works? Can you reserve more than one specialty restaurant per day? For example if I wanted to go to Izumi for lunch then Chops for dinner? Or is it exclusively one restaurant per day? Could I get something from FISH & SHIPS then make a reservation for Jaime's later on etc? At Izumi if I want to order another food item over my $35.00 limit would I just pay the difference out of pocket? If someone could help answer all my questions I would really appreciate it.
  2. Can you walk to Arawak Cay from the dock? Is it safe? The Oasis is in port from 8 to 3. We’re looking for an authentic local restaurant to have lunch.
  3. Hi folks, Looking for advice on a pre-cruise hotel in Fort Lauderdale for a May 2018 sailing on Harmony. Any input on quality of rooms, restaurants, pool, beach access, shuttle service to port, etc. would be helpful. Thanks
  4. I would like to see maybe something like an IHOP or a Mel's Diner because you seem to always have choices for your evening meal but it would be great to have that choice for breakfast. There's just something about a stack of pancakes with a side of sausage or bacon
  5. One of our favourites is the Hard Rock in St Thomas. It's quite hidden away but when you find it's great. The food was good and fast and the best part is at the back of the restaurant there is a balcony with a few tables , THE VIEWS OVER ST THOMAS HARBOUR ARE STUNNING. It's been a while since we have been there so I hope it's still there. On our next Cruise which is in October 2013 on the Independence of the seas we are going to the Canaries and one of the places we visit is Funchal Madeira. We have been told that one of the best places to try Is Reids. Has anyone tried it and any advice on what to try.
