When not in port I spend 75% of my time sitting on my balcony vaping and reading. I do not smoke. Forcing me into a smoking area is the same as having a friend of Bill W. meeting with an open bar! I don't want to inhale 2nd hand smoke any more than any other NON SMOKER.

I fully understand the ban on cigarettes and cigars. I hate the odor and danger also. Can someone explain the e-cig ban on balconies? No fire, no smoke, water vapor evaporates prior to leaving your balcony. This will force me to leave Royal.
