The rule exists where they can charge you $15/bottle, but so far we've been lucky (hopefully I haven't jinxed us).  We brought on Mariner, Independence, Symphony and Navigator and so far, have not been charged.  It depends on your servers.

Many people get dressed up and take pictures and don’t concern themselves if someone else is wearing jeans and a polo.  Many people go business casual.  Some go smart casual.  These are the majority.
