went on a 7 day Baltic cruise this past August out of Copenhagen (Serenade of the Seas) with my husband and our kids (2 college age and 1 in middle school)-The demographics were very mixed --the families had mostly older children (high school age and up).

Credit balance on reservation after final payment made

Just checked my reservation and it is showing a credit balance --I had paid my outstanding balance in full on May 21--- was wondering why i would have a credit? Could it be because the price of the cruise decreased after I paid the final payment? Has this happened to anyone before? Thanks!

Just went on to my cruise planner and notice only non alcoholic drink packages are available for purchase. Has this happened to anyone else or do you think the package with alcoholic drinks included will be available for purchase on line before my August sailing? It was available on line just a few days ago.
