Hotel Indigo
I had Hotel Indigo booked for the longest time (since prices were released) but recently let it go. The price never went down, and for what we could get for the same price at H10 or Marriott Grand Flora (even better room for our family), it was a no brainer. And I never loved the location of Hotel Indigo. I just grabbed it initially because it's IHG and most of my points are there.

I can't take credit neither! I got that term from @PRC way back in the day!

We are staying in Rome for 3 days post cruise this July. I won't lie, I am very picky about hotels. We are currently deciding between H10 Pallazo Galla or Marriott Grand Flora (which came highly recommended by some friends). H10 is a really nice hotel chain through some places in Europe. We are staying with H10 in Barcelona pre-cruise. The only reason why I am hesitating on staying with them in Italy is because we would have to get 2 rooms for our family. But that might not apply to you. Otherwise, I've a taken a look at many of the H10 properties and like them all!

We are sailing Voyager out of Barcelona this July. We booked H10 Metropolitan a while ago. H10 has a few properties in Barcelona and they all look amazing. Decent pricing as well. We picked the Metropolitan location only because we wanted something close to places we would be visiting since we are spending a few days there before our cruise.

The real question is why are you giving the triple points to your son and not you or your husband!
I thought the exact same thing! lol

Ah...that is good parenting lol, not like us when we ditched our freeloaders to sail Icon inaugural and they were in exam week lol

My understanding from our past bookings with our minor children is that they can be named as the sole occupants of the room as long as it’s connecting or adjacent to yours.

Dunno if it’s authentic, just know I love it (brunch at least). Food is of course subjective.

Forget the food and authenticity...Mason Jar has one of the best drinks ever! Mississippi Moonlight! If they could make a ship that has Mason Jar and Rye & Bean, I would not need to sail any other ship lol

I know that many tip by the meal at CK, but I do not. I always tip at the end in CK. I make note and remember those that I came across over the week, and tip accordingly. Almost always, they end up seating me with the same few servers anyway so there are not too many to keep track of.

The other 2 solos at our big 8 person table have bonded. I don't think I remember names but one lady is from Alaska and the other is a guy that likes to scuba dive. Alaska is quite chatty.
They went to the solos and singles meet up this afternoon and made friends that they want to invite to join our table.
Handcuff lady is not the biggest fan of chatty Alaska. Alaska is one of those that has a story about everything. Handcuff lady told me she is going to try to come up with the most outrageous thing she has ever done to see if Alaska can one up it. I can not wait.
Alaska also didn't like the butternut squash soup so that had the servers and head waiter and maitre'd hover at our table for the rest of the evening
Now that we have sailed together, I can totally picture your face during this dinner! Lmao!

There were some parts of the story line that were a little corny but the overall theme, the songs and the special effects were great, IMHO.
I love the theme of Flight. It's probably my favourite Royal Caribbean original production because of the theme. Maybe it's the teacher in me, but the "Dare to Dream" theme gets me every time I see it!

Going to echo what others have said as well. I have sailed both, and Wonder has the better restaurants/venues, but Symphony has the better shows. Both ships are great, I would happily sail either one again, I have future bookings on both actually. For me, if I had to pick between the two, it would come down to price, itinerary (if that matters), and ease of travel to the port.

I believe @Lovetocruise2002 has one of these booked and started a thread about it a while back.
I'm sure she'll chime in when she sees this and is free.
Thanks for tagging me!
@Thumper44 I did ask something very similar to this about a month ago. Except I am going to Fort Lauderdale, not Miami. You would probably have to tack on another 45-60mins to go to Miami, or more depending on traffic. But @tonyfsu21 can comment more on that. He lives in that area.

Hi,
I booked a refundable Air2Sea flight yesterday with no payment due until December.
When I booked, I did not receive an email confirmation, although it says my flights are booked and there are booking references, which are valid Air New Zealand codes.
I cannot see them in the Air New Zealand app and cannot add them. I suspect they are still reservations, not bookings, and will not be visible until paid for.
I thought I might be able to see the flight and payment details and have the ability to make payment under the cruise bookings on the Royal website, but I can't find them anywhere, so there is no option to pay.
As this is my first time using Air2Sea, I was hoping somebody here would be able to explain how the payment works. Will they send me an invoice? Can I pay earlier, or will I need to phone the number in the U.S.?
Their system is a disaster. Sometimes you get a confirmation email, sometimes you don’t. As far as not being able to pull it up on your app, that is new one for me. I have used air2sea for both delta and air Canada, and it shows up immediately on both apps once reserved. As far as paying for it, the air is linked to your cruise reservation. If you pull a new copy of your booking confirmation (either your or if you used a TA), you will see a new line showing the cost of air. You would pay for they the same way you would pay for your cruise. Both air and cruise fare must be paid by cruise final payment date.
A word of warning though, as one who uses air2sea frequently, despite my love/hate feelings towards them, make sure you pull a new copy of your booking confirmation each time you make changes to your air. They are not supposed to, but they have re-priced my cruise fare 3 times in the past when I make changes to my air.

If it’s not the Wonder, a Quantum Class ship would be welcomed in Texas, hopefully the Odyssey.
Maybe I misunderstood your question. I meant that they usually replace OA class with QN class for the winter in Bayonne; not Texas.
