That's fantastic! I've checked ours and no updates...glad I haven't been holding my breath. Well, aside from COVID-19 requirements.

Holy mackerel, Carnival just cancelled all cruises to the end of the year!!!   Oh Royal please don't do this!!!

I cant see them going that far out with a blanket policy. if things got better quicker than expcted I would think it would be harder to start up quickly.
 
I can seem some cruises being affected longer than others though..with no ports in Canda open till at least July1st..and some areas having bigger issues, it doesn't surprise me that some ports may not  open as quickly as others.
 
That being said, I just upgraded to a balcony room on Odyssey  for less than what I paid for a Oceanview…...I REALLY need that cruise not to be cancelled!!

I know this is a RCCL based website and some of you don't care what Carnival is doing.  In my opinion, it is an indicator of where RCCL is likely headed.  Carnival's list is below:
 
All ships sailings through and including May 11, 2020  
 
All Alaska sailings through and including June 30, 2020  
 
All San Francisco sailings through 2020  
 
All Carnival Radiance sailings through and including November 1, 2020  
 
All Carnival Legend sailings through and including October 30, 2020  
Without looking, I think the Radiance and Legend are in the Mediterranean.

I would think that they would like to balance the funds going out to people who do not choose the FCC with enticing cruise prices that would generate deposits.  And trust me these are just my thoughts, I am no business tycoon, just a Firefighter/Paramedic helping people in need!

So I check prices at least three times a day on cruises that I have booked down the pipeline which I am sure many others do the same!  I would have thought that prices would go down a bit!  With suspension dates keep moving and reports everyday from reputable sources not in favor of the cruise industry. 
Other than prices, what do you think the cruise lines could do to get people back on board one of the most amazing vacations out there.

Let hope so, what I heard on the news they said till the end of the year, let's hope they got their information wrong!

Not only are cruise fares not budging but Cruise Planner prices are all topped out as well.  I guess Royal doesn’t want to collect money it will just have to turn around and refund if cruises don’t start back up soon.  It’s kind of a head-scratcher to me.  One would think that they would be happy to take in some cash on discounted Cruise Planner items (where they still make a nice profit) but they don’t seem to see it that way, I guess.  On something like internet packages, where their fee is almost 100% profit, you’d think they’d be offering a couple of deals, but nope.

I also believe when they make it up as a "Royal King" the mattress pad is a king which helps with the "gap".  "Watch for the Gap"  a little humor 

So far we re-booked on the Symphony for 6/6 but that may be too close to getting operations back in order!  We had the Indy 4 night booked for Turkey day on 11/26, going to add the 7 night starting on 11/19 to make it a b2b.

We were the last passengers to sail on the Oasis before the shut down!  No real symptoms for me.  How are u?

Under no circumstance should anyone book an aft balcony on any ship.  As a service to all of mankind, when I cruise, I will think of the other person first and take the aft balcony off of someone else's hands.  It's a heavy price for me as just one humble individual to pay, but someone's got to do it.
TIC of course.  Aft balconies are the bomb.

We have an aft JS booked for Odyssey inaugural. It will be our first aft cabin. Sure hope we will be able to go!
