Were there ample assortment of slot machines?

    For Rope the Jackpot watchers...

Just inside the smoking area are two "Pinball Double Gold", 9 line, 10 credit max. Credits .25, .50, $1, and $2. Plus two "Double Top Dollar" on the otherside of the Pinball machines, same credit setup.

Between these two games were my winning sessions. Various Buffalo style machines just trampled over my money.

I'm looking at the deck plan.....Can you enter Absolute Zero on deck 5 (no Playmakers)?  Or is it only accessible from deck 6 (Playmakers)?

Going to second only one way intened in/out.

It does look like they could allow access via the track. Signage above the doors say "Royal Promenade" with an arrow pointing towards the front. However, I'm thinking it is geared more for emergency egress than general crowd flow.

By different people in the cabin?

it is cheaper if I get 1 person 3 devices rather than 3 people 1 device.

    Don't matter.

Best to think of it in the way of accounts instead of people. One person, three devices is a way of saying one login account that allows any three devices at once to have internet access. Three person, one device would be three logins that allow any single device at a time to have access to the internet.

Unless the site could get income from the user in another way, which would be to contribute with a "membership" to help support the site.

One could consider becoming an INSIDER via Patreon: https://www.patreon.com/RoyalCaribbeanBlog

Another means would be joining the channel on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@RoyalCaribbeanBlog

I'd love it if an ad-free version of the site could be created for supporters. Flipside, I'd be disappointed if content went down the paywall path.

Does Rover sleep in the handler's crew room? Does Rover have an on-board vet? Does Rover have her own name tag, ID card, etc. that gets scanned when em"bark"ing and disem"bark"ing?? (see what I did there haha). Is Rover counted as a "person" towards the capacity of a life boat? Does she have her own life jacket?

I have so many questions! In addition to the Captain's Q&A session, they should have Q&A about Rover!

Apologies for me geeking-out. My wife and I love dogs!

The blog has a write up of the Chief Dog Officer: https://www.royalcaribbeanblog.com/2024/01/18/i-take-care-of-dog-the-worlds-largest-cruise-ship-being-the-chief-dog-officer-dream-job

Answer on where Rover sleeps: Speaking of sleeping, Rover sleeps with Hubble in her cabin.

I'm excited to try these on my next cruise. Sometimes I have my card in a tiny purse with my phone and sometimes on a lanyard if I don't want my phone. I HATE getting the card out of those little solid plastic pouches. I like the little opening on these to help slide them.

    https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0936VR2NF/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&th=1

I've used that style holder in the past. They work great on ships where the card needs to be swiped plus the bar code on the back isn't obscured.

I still prefer the thin plastic pouch on ships that use a tap-style card. To me, the slide-out holders are a little bulky compared to the plastic pouch.

Nothing was mentioned about 11 AM to 11 PM water, soft drinks, beer, and wine. Time will tell if the Oasis class SL/CK tradition will carry on.

Then again, the 11-11 offerings have never been mentioned in the Welcome email.

  9. From the terms of the UDP:

Izumi Sushi is a prix fixe menu or $39.99 food credit.
Izumi Hibachi is included, with a $15 surcharge. Chef's Table is included, with a $49.99 surcharge. Empire Supper Club is included, with a $130 surcharge.

Not valid for: Celebration Table, Izumi in the Park, Chops Grille premium cuts, Main Dining Room premium items, Taste of Royal, Chef's Table, Culinary Activities, and Holiday Celebration Dinners.

I think it has been mentioned that Pier 7 and the extra cost items at Basecamp would be covered by the a la carte credit.

Im just curious, I have read that some cases people requested bottles of booze to be in their suite but other posts tell me no. I am a big fan of Gin and Tonics. If I am going to be hanging out in my suite during the sea days, I would think it would be easier to have a bottle of Botanist gin and a few bottles of tonic water and I will not bother anyone. What do you think the chances of this happening are?

Very unlikely to have a bottled delivered. However, you could ask for several glasses, neat, to be delivered at once. Tonic, that can be readily stocked.
