  1. Yes. I got it from NextCruise in my last Ovation sail.
  2. Thanks, Matt. I believe that RC would allow me switching itinerary provided that rooms are still available for the new itinerary. Otherwise I will have to cancel my original itinerary and book the new one. One thing that I'm not sure is the $100 credit on board. Will it be transferable to the new itinerary?
  3. Last April 2017 my wife and I joined Ovation of The Seas sailing to Laem Chabang (Thailand) for 5 nites. It was our first trip with Ovation and we loved the ship very much. So we visited Next Cruise counter and booked another Ovation cruise in Apr 2018. As a matter of fact we expected to sail in 2019 for Australia-New Zealand. Because the schedule for 2019 Australia-NZ wasn't available yet, we booked 2018 sailing to Penang & Phuket for temporary. My questions are: 1. When will the 2019 Australia-NZ be available? Can I change my itinerary from Penang-Phuket to Australia-NZ once the schedule becomes available? 2. My 2018 itinerary Full Payment due date is on March 10, 2018. My assumption is that by that date the Australia-NZ will become available and I will change my initial itinerary to 2019 while I continue paying monthly the remainder amount due. I was thinking that if this assumption is missed then I will switch to another itinerary temporarily until the 2019 schedule become available. Is this way possible? 3. How do I switch my itinerary? Do I need to cancel my initial itinerary and book the new one or should I call RC to change it? Many thanks for your reply.
  4. As far as I know, some non-US site quote in USD, including Indonesian site that I was looking at yesterday.
  5. I just noticed that booking a cruise thru official RC website with different country has different prices and stateroom availability. For instance, I try to book 5 nite Penang & Phuket cruise on April 9, 2018 thru US site, here's what I got: Mid Position Stateroom (Superior Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony) - Balcony Size 65 sq ft Room #9290 (This is the only available room) = Net Total $1911.04 (Including Gratuities). With Indonesia site, this is what I got: Mid Position Stateroom (Superior Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony) - Balcony Size 65 sq ft Room #9260 (This is the only available room) = Net Total $2701.04 (Including Gratuities) Can anybody explain why there is a price difference here and why the available room is different too? Is the US website just for US resident? I noticed the State field must be filled in order to continue to the next page. Thanks
  6. Yes I'm curious too. I wonder why RC make two different kind of water for the pools.
  7. Hi! I will have an upcoming cruise in March 2017 on Ovation of The Sea. I'd like to know what pool water in that ship is, especially in the main adult pool and the whirl pool. Previously I had my first cruise on Mariner of The Sea on last February. I was disappointed knowing that the main pool contained salt water rather than fresh water. Fortunately the whirl pool contained fresh water. Anybody perhaps had been in Ovation before, please let me know. Thanks.
