  1. If that is the case, how do the multiple device plans work? Do those require me to register each device, up to 3, but only one can access the internet at once (meaning, I couldn't my cellphone and laptop connected at the same time)?
  2. A couple of VOOM questions here: 1. How is the wifi on Navigator? Has anybody used it since the "upgrades"? 2. Do I just need to purchase one plan for one adult (pricing says "per adult") and then just share the plan with the other members of my family. Meaning, If I get a 3 device plan...does that mean I can have 3 devices logged into the wifi simultaneously...regardless of whose devices they are?
  3. My family and I are going on our first RCI cruise in November. I enrolled us all in the Crown and Anchor Society and put our member numbers on each of our reservations. My question is.. I keep reading about C&A discounts on your account when you board. Will we have any of those discounts since this is our first cruise, or are those perks that you get as you cruise more with RCI? I am assuming it is the latter, but wanted to check to see if there might be any discounts that I should hold out for before pre-booking certain packages (drinks, VOOM, etc.) Thanks
  4. Thanks. Between the UK site and the regular site, I was able to find what I was looking for. Interesting enough, rooms that you can manually search for on the regular site that come up as available, don't always show on the UK site. I'm going to take a look at that last site mentioned as well. Thanks for all the help.
  5. I see several posts regarding finding rooms that become available and I was wondering how you do that on the RC site? I can go through the process and make a "fake" reservation and get their list of suggested rooms, and used their search to manually search specific rooms....but is there an easier way to see all of the rooms that are currently available? I even called yesterday to change rooms (that showed up as suggestions during my fake reservation)...but even then, I had to walk the guy through which rooms were available to me (I would have thought he would have had access to a master list, but it seemed like he was having to manually search rooms as well). Thanks
  6. So you guys that got the price drops....did you just call them and ask them to check? Thanks for your help.
  7. Today when I log in, I see my balance listed in the upper right corner of my reservation page (it wasn't there the past few days). I will definitely request that information from the get-go when I make future reservations. If you walk through and make another reservation and notice the price comes out cheaper than what you paid, can you call them and have them adjust your price....or do you need to cancel and just re-book?
  8. Actually no.... I booked through the Royal Caribbean web site.
  9. Very new to cruising and have a question about seeing my reservation balance. I have logged into the Cruise Planner web site, but nowhere do I see my deposits listed and balance. I want to see if the price I booked is still the best price and I am unable to find the cost of my current reservations. I am sure this is right under my nose...but I can't find it. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
  10. Going on a cruise in November with my two sons. When I researched and purchased the cruise I thought some of the teen activities would be fun for my sons. However, it just hit me that my oldest son will turn 18 before we cruise, though he is still a senior in high school. Is RC really strict about the 12-17 policy, or will they let an 18 yr old high school sr. participate in those activities (or access those areas ....like the game room)?
