It usually is the same comedian and often the same show (except one will usually be family-friendly and the other may be for adults only) but the reason that they will not allow you to book more than 1 is because they don't allow you to book more than 1.
If you want to go to a second show you can always do that but it would be on a standby basis.  The same is true for any of the headline shows (Broadway shows) that take reservations, too.  I guess they want to make sure that everyone has a chance to see the show so they only allow you to reserve seats once.

The truth is, you CAN rebook your cruise right up until a couple of days before your sail date, but since final payment date has passed, you would be subject to the cancellation fee, which almost always negates any savings that you would realize by a new, lower cruise fare.  Frankly, there is not much that an agent could have done for you, either.  An agent is invaluable when it comes to making reservation changes BEFORE final payment date but there is little they can do for you once final payment date has passed.  An agent MAY have been able to help you get a good deal on an upgrade (maybe, maybe) but just realizing a savings from a now-lower cruise fare price....sorry, nope.
I still think you are doing the right thing by going with a good TA in the future.  All sorts of bizarre things can and do happen where a TA is worth their weight in gold.  Our most recent cruise, Anthem of the Seas (8 Feb), where the ship was delayed for 3 days, was a perfect example.  My agent kept us up to date with changes that were happening, sometimes by the hour....and when our refunds came, she made sure they were correct and then transferred them to one of our already-booked cruises.  I would have HATED to worry about all of that stuff on my own while we were in a hotel waiting or after we [finally] boarded the ship.

Hurrah for travel agents. We had to cancel our August cruise in Europe.  It was non refundable unfortunately.  What softens the blow is we just moved to Florida and can book last minute and be at any port in 2 hours.  

If I am reading the post correctly, you are asking about downgrading your JS to a lower category cabin.  Since a JS is not really treated the same way as a full suite, you should be able to downgrade it without penalty.  So long as you change neither the ship nor the sail date, you are not subject to the non-refundable penalty.
Whether or not it is a good decision to downgrade your cabin and use that savings to book an additional cruise or not is really a personal choice.  I would do a very careful calculation to determine if the savings from the downgrade of a 4 night Enchantment cruise would really be enough to finance another complete cruise.  Without knowing the details, I would be skeptical. By the time you pay another complete cruise fare, add another round of taxes, port fees and gratuities, I wonder of the savings you would realize on the downgrade would cover it.  Then again, for probably a small amount of additional $$, you might get a whole ‘nother cruise....so...

When we were there last week we had a cabana on Chill Island. The cabana included towels, floating mats, Bluetooth speaker, cooler with ice and waters, snorkeling gear, bar and food service from our cabana attendant. He gave us wristbands and said they were good for everything on the island except ziplining and helium balloon. Shocked, I asked if it included the water park. He assured us it did. We were shocked as it was not advertised that a chill island cabana included access to the waterpark. We asked him to double check so he asked another cabana attendant who said yes it was included. With this information my wife and I decided we may as well give the slides a go. We wandered over to the waterpark only to be turned away and told it was not included. Wasn't too bothered by it because we weren't planning on going on the slides anyway but found it amusing that a lot of the employees seemed misinformed and unaware of what was what.

Cococay doesn't work like that......its high prices for everything.,.so not a fair comparison..they basically price out a large percentage of their customers...
And I get the over water Cabana's being limited..but the waterpark is not on the same level and normally would appeal and be affordable for most ppl....
 
I think the fact that so many people are surprised and questioning the price  across many different sites(not just this one) speaks to the issue......you can fool all of the people some of the time..but you can't fool ALL of the people ALL of the time
 
Eventually they are going to price themselves out of the market, or else only appeal to the upper-class in society if they keep raising prices like they have(and I don't mean just the water park example)

Now that we got our Diamond pins I wonder if Diamond`s International will buy the diamond.  LOL HAHA And no way will we ever wear those or any future level pins.  I call them pin heads in reference to pinnacle tags. And other terms not fit for print. 

Never even got one for reaching Emerald, but I wouldn't wear it.  
To be honest, I sort of chuckle at the pinnacles wearing nametags.

Had to cancel our cruise their this summer. Booking one for next year.  They have so many positives in the Scandinavian countries can`t wait to visit their.  My grandparents are from Sweden and Norway. 

Digital is the only way to go.  Don`t worry about waiting in line. The  waits are not long. The only roaming photographers are at dinner time roaming tables. And DON`T do just 1 photo line. The more you do the better your selection will be.  The beaut of the digital is you print what you want when you want them.  

And a sunburn will be a sad way to spend the cruise.  Or perhaps seeing yourself on you tube.  Worse yet being  arrested for indecent exposure in a foreign country.

Every month is a good time to cruise.  Have done Sept. on several occasions.  If memory serves me correctly we had rain twice over all of those cruises.   Like the song says "Don`t worry be happy"  !!!!!

Yes, there is a doctor on board and yes it is expensive. You must pay all charges up front and if your insurance covers the expense (many do not) then you must file with insurance to get reimbursed. This is a major advantage to getting travel/cruise insurance to cover the cost of unexpected medical expenses.

The D+ also used to get priority seating in the theaters but they have now taken that perk away in many cases as well.  With The Key program my guess is that the D+ are going to be SOL for priority seating from now on.
Denial of entrance into the Suites lounge and lack of priority seating in the theaters are the 2 primary reasons we cruise exclusively in suites these days.

The cruise was great and the house was sold while we were gone.  .  Was given 5 minutes to go on the blog.  Back to packing.
