  1. here's an email I just recd from Club Royale in response to mine asking about the Tier Level update: Thank you for contacting Royal Caribbean’s Club Royale! Unfortunately, you have been advised correctly. Club Royale is running behind schedule for the full release of our new program. The original release date was supposed to be March 31st of 2018. We are currently unsure of what the new release date will be. Rest assured we are only running behind schedule due to making sure the program does not have any discrepancies. The program has been released onboard, so the onboard hosts will be able to advise you of your tier level and benefits. Club Royale’s shore side agents are yet to be given the full detailed information, so we cannot advise of any information as of this time nor can we apply any tier level benefits, including complimentary cruises if you are eligible. A complete explanation of your benefits and program detail will be issued via email, later this year. Thank you for your patience! If we can be of further assistance please feel free to call and speak with one of our Club Royale agents toll-free at 1-888-561-2234. We are available from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm, Monday through Friday, and from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, Saturday and Sunday (EST). You may also reach us at [email protected]. Kind Regards, Julie V. 2. I also received my letter stating I was Prime on the Majesty of the Seas and an explanation of the new Tier Levels. One benefit indicated for Prime is an annual complementary interior cabin cruise. So I called Casino Players today to book a cruise using my cruise certificate and to upgrade my free cruise to a balcony. Well, land side still does not have our Tier levels. Couldn't believe it. I had to book the balcony without the discount for the interior cabin. Now she told me that at some point I will receive an email stating my level and benefits. Then I can call them and supposedly get the credit for the interior cabin. What a confused mess! I did get free drinks though and waiver of the 5% fee, so that was great. We shall see what happens.
  3. By the sound of it, you would be happier staying home and keeping the office open!! It's a great opportunity not to be missed
  4. Look on RCCL website for Cuba sailings and click on the FAQ section for Cuba. It answers all the questions. Also, there is a group on FB called Royal Caribbean Cuba Sailings. I would recommend joining that group as it is chocked full of information from passengers who just came back from Cuba. We have booked for May 2018 and very excited to go
  5. we booked through RCL last night for May 2018
  6. I just called RCL and also Best Price Cruises and they both told me that the dates have NOT been released, so I don't understand how anyone has seen the 2018 dates for Cuba. If you have the information and can send me a link I would love it.
  7. are you a travel agent? maybe this is why you see them
  8. Really strange I even tried IE and it still only shows through Dec 2017. Then I went to Bestpricecruises.com and they only show 2017. I will call RCL today.
  9. I checked the RCL website just now and it only shows 2017 sailings? I am looking for 2018.
  10. I just checked arebee and the RCL website still only shows 2017 sailings. Did you see them somewhere other than the RCL website?
