If you haven’t tried Baha Mar yet, give it a shot. It’s a further drive, but a really great water park. Much better for younger kids. We had lunch provided as well through the cruise planner and it was $169. Great value.

Just from remote observation, it does appear that the Aqua Theater is smaller in both actual size and seating capacity.  I haven't seen it for myself, but it seems like it's just smaller all the way around.  ....and what genius didn't realize that the front of the ship was going to have more motion than the rear ?  It seems like a questionable modification, TBH.

Yes. Beach Bed. TY. It confirms my issue. When we went to check in and gwt the bed they said only 2 people. It's roped off and you need a wrist band. They would not give the 2 others access and I was pissed. It says here up to 4. 

I hope they bring the elevator system and the cabins Bathroom design/layout to Utopia.

If there is just one thing they could bring to Utopia from Icon…it is: the controlled elevator bank!  
Love the idea of being told which elevator to get on and whoosh magically you head straight to the chosen deck!  
I was in NYC over the weekend and experienced that same concept at the Marriott Marquis!  Best invention!  Of course…world travelers here may have already known about this concept, but it was my very first experience and it made such a difference!

Wow, it didn't take long for the regulars to throw cold water. Sorry for hoping maybe Royal has kept a few secrets up their sleeve for Utopia and trying to spark a little conversation. Geez, this place is turning into a virtual Crown Lounge, lol. 

I’ll be honest, apologies ahead of time because I al going to go a bit of a suite snob rant here.
I am not that impressed with the suites on Icon. Not only have they shrunk all the suites a bit (right up to the Royal loft), but like you said, some of the balcony furniture has changed. The most non-impressive thing though is something that @CGTLH noticed two days ago on a cabin crawl. The size of the bathroom in the VP, GS, and Sunset suites all appear to the be the same size. Beautiful, but narrow, and again, smaller. I am going to have to watch videos of the owners suites when I get a chance.
The Icon Loft is pretty much the size of a crown loft. And the Royal loft is not a spacious as the ones on Oasis class either, and in a horrible location for privacy. 
That seems to be the running theme on this ship. From the cabins to the SL/CK, everything has shrunk a bit. 

Confirmation email came through this evening - I've been upgraded from a guarantee balcony to a spacious balcony! Very excited to win, and I love the location of this room too. It's a bit more forward than I might have chosen to be, but I will take it because it is quieter, near the stairs/elevator, and bigger!

Her comment specifically was that she went back to see if the minimum bid per person had dropped for her sailing. That was what I was going back to look at, however it doesn't look like you can RU anymore for my sailing.

Boeing desperately wanted the MAX to share the type rating with some previous 737 types so that pilots wouldn't need to be specifically trained and type rated for the MAX.   The idea was that pilots who flew other 737 could walk into the cockpit of a MAX and fly it with minimal if any training required.    This would help sell the MAX to airlines that already had 737s in their fleets.
In hindsight it's clear that should not have been allowed.  Boeing should have been required to create a new type rating for the MAX.  That would have led to more pilot training including on MCAS.  

Again you are not getting it. You think not telling the airline or the pilots about a brand new system that causes the plane to crash because those pilots were trained on the system is normal growing pains for a new plane? 
Let me know the next time a car is recalled that killed 600 people in a span of a month. 
I don't know why you are getting so defensive about Boeing. There have been documentaries on what is going on over there. It's not good. 

Issues like not telling the airline about a new system that forces the plane into the ground because the pilots who are gonna fly these planes how to use this system or understand how it works? That's a minor issue? That's a regular new plane issue? Just 500 people had to die to figure that one out. Boeing has been a disappointment and an embarrassment over the last decade. 
Doors flying off because they aren't bolted correctly is not normal or indictive of a company on top of things. It reeks of a company cutting corners.

I give it less than a year before it's cancelled, seriously.  I agree with everything you said.  Going over the ships' rails shouldn't be allowed under any circumstances

I think you might be underestimating the redundant safety measures of Crown's Edge and the company's general risk assessment. 
Nothing is perfect, so I'm not debating that there's a chance, but I think accidental deaths resulting from dumb decisions as opposed to a regulated harness system are not anywhere the same.

Real quick: as a policy-- anything or anybody under no circumstances goes on the other side of the railing of the ship. Even if you paid us $160 for us to dangle you out there in a jumpsuit, helmet, and harness. There have been too many accidental deaths of passengers who went on the other side of the railing for stupid reasons so there has to be a firm policy of NO! Also, this feature is going to induce genuine fear into many people. This is different than a climbing wall or a raft on a water slide. It's the wrong kind of fear, it can become terror. Finally, it's very windy out there and there is going to be some tall, lanky teenager that meets the height and weight requirements but with the wind and their surface area they are going to have a hard time making it back to the boat after the bottom drops out and they are going to get stuck.

Hey all, just a fun FYI to those sailing on any Oasis-class ship, they recently changed the programming to 1 elevator on each side of the elevator banks that reach deck 17 to Coastal Kitchen and Suite Lounge (or also sun deck for Wonder.)
 
We have just gotten off Symphony and confirmed with the suite Concierges that they adjusted behavior for a total of 2 elevators to always park on Deck 17 and ignore any calls that are from the lower decks. These selected elevators when boarded on deck 17 will express down to the floor(s) selected and will ignore all other floors on the way down and when it arrives on the destination floor, doesn't illuminate a green/red color to indicate direction to deter people from boarding and then returns back up to 17.
 
The Concierges said the change was from up above of all the feedback from suite/pinnacle members commenting on long wait times trying to return to their floors and being stuck on 17 (obviously specific to Oasis class ships).

So if your partner cannot have the drinks package, you can't either. Buy individual drinks. Hardly the end of the world. LOL.

If both are in the same cabin then both have to purchase the DP, so, why would you need to use his card to order something?
You could go to the bar with both cards and ask for two drinks, that would be Ok...
