Hi All, Does anyone know how strict Royal Caribbean is with embarkation times? Our boarding time printed on our Set Sail Pass is 12:30 - 2:30, but we will be flying down from Tampa and will arrive in Ft. Lauderdale around 8:00 AM. I'd prefer not to sit in the airport for two or three hours :)

Thank you for the replies everyone. We do get the soda package because we will be staying in a Boardwalk Balcony room. I feel like this is enough for us. I've heard a lot about the drink card and that sounds like my best bet at the moment. Thank you!! :)

I've been going back and forth with getting the Ultimate Beverage package. I know it would be useful for me, especially if drinks can be upwards of $15. I have a few questions that hopefully will help me make my decision. - I know that it makes sense for me to buy into the drink package, but not my husband. He would only have at most one or two drinks a day. If I buy the package for just myself, what are the odds that I would be able to buy a drink for myself and then maybe get him a drink as well? For example, when lounging by the pool when we aren't both at the bar? - Do you have to pay for soda and juice during dinners in the main dining room?

My cruise on Allure of the Seas is getting very close and it has been a pretty busy year. I recently got married, and will be moving into a new apartment in three weeks. With all the changes, saving for my cruise has been put on the back burner. This cruise is my honeymoon and I'd like to splurge a bit. This is my first cruise without my parents, so I wasn't sure, but how much should I save for spending money? We will have our gratuities, specialty dining, drink packages, and shore excursions paid for, but how much would you bring to spend on a 7 Night Western Caribbean? Thanks all!

My fiancé and I booked our honeymoon cruise on Allure for January 8, 2017. We currently have early dining. We are sociable people, but for this trip we would like to sit by ourselves. What is the chance of having a table to ourselves? Can I request that we have our own table?

Hi everyone! I am so excited that I've put down my deposit for the January 2nd 2017 Allure sailing to the western Caribbean. This is my first Royal Caribbean cruise. I would like to start reserving my specialty dining as it will be my honeymoon. When can I begin doing this? What are some specialty restaurants I shouldn't miss? Thank you!
