If you are booked through MEI, there are sometimes group hotels for pre-cruise.  Being the planner I am, I like to book my own as a safety option in case nothing comes up.  For this cruise, since we are on the 2 day sailing prior to the group, we have booked our own at Homewood Suites.
When it comes to other hotels in the area, we have stayed at Staybridge Suites and found the accommodation quite nice.

We just got off Odyssey yesterday and this was one of the most frustrating things. Our chairs were zip-tied as described and it made them very uncomfortable.

Here is what i posted earlier today on Facebook:
Captain has informed us that Odyssey has passed through the front that gave us 6-7m waves and 50kt winds. 
While in the windjammer we had several times where the ship listed and carts rolls free and trays of water glasses slid to the floor. 
During breakfast in the MDR on deck 3 there were a few occurrences where the waves were hitting the ship over the windows. Some of the bottles in the pub took a dive too. 
Captain says we’re all real sailors now.

Just a few more days before we fly to Rome to spend a few days before the cruise this coming Sunday. Nov 3

On smaller ships with less outlets, it's a good idea to bring a European adapter.  But it's a good idea to understand the difference between an "adapter" and a "converter".  Adapters are cheaper and simply allow a US-style plug.  That being said, European outlets put out 220-240 volts.  US outlets put out 100-127 volts.  Make sure whatever you plug into the European adapter can handle both.  In my case, my USB hub handles both.  A long time ago, when I wore contact lenses, they had to be soaked in a warmer overnight.  I didn't realize the difference and the lenses were brown the next morning!  Lesson learned! 
Converters are more expensive and convert the voltage from European (220-240) to US (usually 110).

49 Days!! We'll be first time diamond just in time for this cruise. Flying to Rome 2 1/2 days before the cruise to explore Rome.

We just booked an Air BnB / Hotel in Rome for pre-cruise in November and they offer a private car service for 150 euro.  Sounds a bit spendy at first but some quick research showed it wasn't out of line for the market.  
My advice? Check to see if your accommodation has any sort of arrangements.

@Marc Van Niekerk right now I highly doubt they are going to open many options up for Labadee until they know if itineraries will change that far out.

Booked this when it was first announced but we are 50/50 on whether we will be going.
First glance at potential flights makes this a tough sell.

Looks like your Jamaica excursions are up, but that's about it... (assuming you are talking about the Oasis trip listed in your signature) it should be really soon. I'd check back every few days. 

Did this on Harmony in Feb.  It was about 20 people, 2 long tables with 2 chefs leading.  I found it pretty much in keeping with what I would have expected.
I also thought that the quality of the ingredients was very good, and the quantity of sushi I made and ate was certainly worth the cost of the class.
