Get to the port as early as possible, 10 or 10:30.  As long as there are no delays on RC side, you should be on by 11.

Did you look at the ones from California and Texas?  I flew into Vancouver a few months ago, getting through customs is a pain.

I got a $42 once.  I'd say get it, if you change your mind later or it drops more you can change it.

I've been on that zip line.  I didn't like some of the stuff they did.  They would send two people together for a photo op.  We've been on a lot of zip lines, this one just didn't feel safe.  Best one was Navitat in North Carolina.

Ok, I got a question... We've never ate outside the port (other than Nassau) so do they take US currency or do you have to use a credit card or local currency?

If close to the port is what you want, the Pan Pacific Hotel is closest.  All you do is take the elevator to the bottom and you're there.  Don't know how much it cost.  We were at the Fairmont hotel on west George St. (not water front) in September for a conference and its only about 6 blocks.  We pulled our luggage to the port with no problem, its was all down hill.  There are plenty of places to eat and do some exploring.  They take most major credit cards (except diners club) everywhere.  We never changed any money.

Last time they had a set menu (couple choices) from Giovanni's.  I think it was a steak and some pasta and maybe something else but its been a few years since we've done the mystery dinner.

Would they all need a copy of the set sail?  This is interesting since you never know when it might happen to you.  Come back and let us know how it went.

I've never bought any but know some who have.  Find a place in the shopping area and get some.  Shouldn't be a problem bringing in on board since it isn't alcohol.  

See if you can get more crew to sign on here, we will love to hear their stories also.
