Voom on an Alaskan cruise was so underwhelming. Around 3 MB/s download.

Though we booked evyerthing via the app. There was someone that was set up inside of Boleros signing people for shows on level 4. Not sure about activities. For dinning and what not, they will be on level 4 in the promenade.

Not that I’m aware of. I haven’t received any official communication from RC, and the calendar in the app still says everything is a go.

My room was assigned. But even though I’m not banking in winning any of my RoyalUp bids, should I wait until it’s a for sure that my room won’t change in order to use the Port Valet service?

Did anyone do Royal Up? If so any response as of yet?

Hello, My question is more on the drink package vs tipping. Does anyone have any experience with the refreshment package on a QC ship? I know you can get soda, mocktails, water at any of the bars, premium coffees at the cafes. But what about the freshly squeezed juices and milk shakes? Thanks in advance

So essentially once you’re off the ship, they gather your flight information, take your bags to the airport, hand them over to the airline? What if there’s baggage fees?

I’m crossing my fingers and hoping that the weather is good enough for the glacier excursion I booked.

Being from SoCal, and also in the aviation industry. In the summer time LAX could be crazy. Aside from the influx of passengers, LAX is going through some major construction right now, in which it’s not going to be complete until 2030. Long Beach to LAX with no Traffic is about 30 minutes. But south of LAX on I-405 everyone drives north in the mornings. Depending on what airline you fly. It could sometimes take about an hour to do the loop in terminal drop off at LAX. If you have other options that leave later, I would recommend doing so.

So let me see if I’m understanding this correctly. If I decide to get the 3 night dinning package, I could choose Chefs Table with the surcharge, Wonderland, and Jamie’s with the package. I should be able to dine at all 3 at no additional cost with the exception of the Chefs table surcharge?

Sailing Ovation early September. How well does Voom work while at sea or in between the fjords, mountains, inside passage, etc.?

Does anyone have any experiences at Chefs Table? My wife and I did one on a competitors sailing about a year and a half ago, didn’t compare to a tasting menu that you would receive on land. So I’m wondering if it’s the same in a RC sailing?

What are the chances of landing a Royal Class Suite on Royal Up on a QC ship? And typically, how much are the bids low to max?

Mexico is not dangerous. Been to many different cities in Mexico (not on a cruise), and I’ve never had a problem.
