  1. Is there a pre-cruise Genie phone number or Genie email that Star class guests can contact prior to cruising? My husband and I have decided to splurge and get a star class room, one of the benefits we really liked was specialty restaurants are included free of charge. The crazy part is no one in the call centre knows how I can book a restaurant before we depart. I can't book them the way every other passenger does (web or app) as there's no way to override the charge and even if I pay (and yes I did do that) and ask for a refund through their call centre they can't refund the money without cancelling the reservation. I understand that I can book when I'm on the cruise, the catch is all of the restaurants I want and the times I want are booking out quickly. I love that Royal offer Star class but none of their systems or staff are set up to service it. So in fact you get less pre-cruise options then a regular cabin guest does.
  2. My husband and I have booked a Sky class suite on Quantum of the seas. Does anyone know it the RoyalUp program is offered to Sky Class Suites? I'm still holding out hope that I'll be able to bid for an upgrade from our Sky Class to a Star Class suite. The Call centre at Royal Caribbean didn't know when I asked them.
  3. My husband and I are on Quantum of the Seas in April for their repositioning cruise from Brisbane Australia to Hawaii. We are in Moorea for 2 days on the second day we need to meet a scuba diving company at 7am on the pier. The information online tells us when they arrive day 1, when they leave day 2 but not the earliest time we can tender to shore day 2. Does anyone know the time of the first tender to shore on the 2nd day in Moorea?

My husband and I are doing the same cruise in reverse this April and need to meet a scuba diving company at 7am on the pier. The information on line tells us when the arrive day 1, when they leave day 2 but not the earliest time we can tender to shore day 2.
  5. We have had to book our own shore tours as Scuba diving isn’t offered with Royal nor is it offered on personalised tour options. We need to get off the ship very early at each port. Do Sky suite guests (we’re also Diamond members) get priority tender tickets at each port?
  6. I’d like to bring my favourite flavour coffee pods on our cruise. Does anyone know if the Lavazza coffee machine in the Sky Loft Suite takes “A Modo Mio” capsules or “Nespresso original” capsules? Also does anyone know if there is a milk frother in the suite?
