  1. @Sara_MEI @Beci i so appreciate you both responding to the reply about having problems with communicating with a TA. I am also having an issue, but it only started AFTER I booked my next 2 cruises with her. We've always booked ourselves in past but after finding RCB I used the form to reach out. Heard back quickly from an MEI TA & she was very helpful & responsive right away. But I emailed 3 times this past week about an issue with an extra charge (which I'm actually ok with but am trying to find out which sailing it was applied to since it's only showing on my CC but not on either of my MEI Invoices). And since I want to set up monthly payments, I need an answer so I can figure out the amount to get this December's cruise payment amounts calculated to have it paid off by final payment date. Can 1 of you help me? TIA
  2. @Carlos A. No bid on Royal Up. Not sure if it would even be available yet anyway. My Sailings aren't until Dec 2023 & Sept 2024. And I can't seem to get my Travel Agent to answer me.
  3. @Ampurp85 Thank you. I was afraid of that. My credit card was charged by Royal Caribbean for an extra $500 & I can't see which of my sailings it was applied to. The invoices from the travel agent don't currently show it. I emailed her & I guess I there's nothing I can do but wait to hear back. Thanks again!
  4. I am trying to find info on my payment history for the cruise sailing itself. I tried Order History, but this only shows items purchased in the app. Does anyone know where I can find cruise payments and amount due? I booked thru a travel agent and have sent her emails asking for my booking/confirmation documents & am waiting to hear back so thought I'd ask on here if there's somewhere in the app or on the RC Website to find that. my travel agent (TA) sent me an invoice receipt (with the TA name on the letterhead) from 1 of my sailings for next year that shows total cost & my deposits, but the documents she sent for my cruise this December are RC Booking Documents (on RC letterhead)& only show total cost and no deposit money paid. I think these may have been created when she was just holding them & before I gave her my payment info...so I'm hoping there's some way to view them in my RC account rather than only thru the TA. This is the first time I'm using a TA so I don't know how it all works!
  5. Maybe try uninstalling & reinstalling the app. I know I saw some folks posting on Facebook about something in the app I was not seeing. I tried closing it, restarting my phone, reopening, with no luck. Uninstalled, reinstalled, logged back in, BAM...I was able to see things I didn't before. I don't know if maybe there's a setting somewhere in the app that I don't have checked about pushing updates & maybe that's why. Just thought I'd share in case you want to give it a try even though it looks like you got your check-in issue resolved. I'm definitely going to do it again right before embarkation day to make sure I have the latest update!
