Any saunas or steam rooms that are free and not part of a spa package?

Any real differences in the food selection for breakfast at the Windjammer vs MDR?

What are your go to places for snacks and baked goods through out the day? My 2 sons (10 & 13) are huge snackers so any tips are appreciated. First cruise ever next week they are so excited!

Family of four ( 2 boys 10 & 13) looking for some fun things to do in Nassau since we didn't book any paid excursions that day. Would prefer not to just go to a beach when we are there. Any ideas would be appreciated!

Thanks @JBC for the detailed thoughts! This is our first family cruise so if this is what it takes no problem. I am an early riser anyways. I was surprised the pools open so late (11AM) I would of figured that would be open by 9AM at least.

Just booked all our shows for Harmony of the Seas and was wondering if that is only to be admitted into the show, then seating was first come first server not reserved seating?

Thanks Matt! The video helped, probably going to just get up early and lock down a chair. Read on some other thread that some cruise lines monitor the chair for non-use. Anyone seen that on Royal Caribbean cruises?

First cruise on Harmony of the Seas next week. Family of four and wondering how crazy is it to get chairs at the pool? The pools open at 11AM so do I have to be out there like at 7AM to claim some chairs. Any tips from you seasoned cruisers would be welcome.
