  1. The meal charge is $9.95 pp and yes you can then get the milkshake with your package
  2. I believe the chat feature is still in beta and available only on select ships.
  3. Try calling RCCL. This happened to me and my account was locked for some reason. Customer service reset and I am good to go now.
  4. Does any of the Royal ships have the auto warning system when someone goes overboard like Disney ships have? Just found my answer - Cruise Law News reported that Royal Caribbean is one of the cruise lines that has not installed automatic man overboard systems, which use motion detectors and send an instant message to the bridge should someone go over the rails. The website described how, under this system, radar and infrared technology would then track the person in the water, even at night, "increasing the prospects of a successful search and rescue."
  5. All meals in the main dining room, some snacks, and basic beverages (tea, coffee, lemonade, milk, non bottled water), as well as entertainment are all included. Check out the "getting started" tab at the top of this page for some great first timer information. Welcome to RC blog!
  6. My DBP jumped to $65 too but I locked in at $52 hoping it would go cheaper before we sail in September. Seems like there is a "sale" every two weeks or so. Fingers crossed labor day "sale" is a good one.

  8. This is from an earlier post in this forum: Posted July 24 Think Navigator has one or two flavors of Truly at Lime and Coconut. Also recall having Truly at CocoCay while on Symphony, think they only had the Berry one.
  9. Sloppy Joe's and mile 0 for a photo.
  10. Remember you are on vacation, so dress comfortably. I wear khakis and a button down shirt for dinner every night and have never felt under dressed. I have seen others wear khaki shorts and jeans to dinner as well as tuxedos. It all depends on your style!
  11. I have not sailed on Oasis yet, but check out some of the past Cruise Compasses for information on show times and activities: https://www.royalcaribbeanblog.com/cruise-compass You can filter by ship and similar sailings.
  12. Looking at the past cruise compass the main pool closes at 10:00 pm and hot tubs are open 24 hours.
  13. Thanks everyone....I appreciate the comments.
  14. Hi - Does anyone have a menu or information on the dog house on Mariner?
  15. Hi - I know mid ship is the best location to minimized the rocking motion but what is the second best, Forward or Aft if mid is not an option?
  16. Here is a good comparison chart: https://dlxffu6hwewxp.cloudfront.net/cas/wp-content/uploads/2019/04/CAS_Member_Benefits_Grid_APRIL-2019.pdf
  17. I was thinking more of the coconut drinks just because it is vacation! I will probably be one and done too! LOL
  18. Hi All, I have read that there is a limit on drink prices ($13 or $14) with the Deluxe Beverage Package. Does anyone know how mush the drinks served in pineapples/coconuts are on Coco Cay, and do you get a discount / pay the overage with the Deluxe Beverage Package.
  19. I was there last year on a Sunday, the 16th, and it was not bad at all. The park is beautiful at Christmas. I would give it a try.
  20. Hello, We are going on Mariner for the first time in September and I am not seeing a Sorrento's pizzeria. Is that correct and if so, is there any place to get pizza? Cafe Promenade maybe?
  21. Hmmmm......not sure. I would carefully read the terms on your MyVegas reward before redeeming. A Travel Agent must be allowed where online booking companies are not. Thanks for the info.
