Does anyone know if I use my rewards for OBC can I cash it out while onboard? I just realized that I can only get an oceanview cabin if I use the points I've been saving for a cruise or companion cruise. Thanks!

Do you know if this applies to all OBC? I have rewards on the BOA Royal Caribbean Visa and just found that using it toward a cruise will only get an ocean view cabin. If I use the rewards for a large OBC amount will I be able to go into the casino and cash it out as you describe on an upcoming cruise? Can I do this anytime during the cruise? Thanks!
