My daughter and I have each already earned our Prime Tier cruise for 2023. About to cruise on Serenade. How can we reserve our tier cruise before the offer code officially is posted to the Club Royale website?

I cruise on Mariner to Bermuda 10/16. All checked in but can’t view my Set Sail pass. Anyone else ever have this issue…how did you fix it?? THANKS FOR INPUT

Cruise coming up in 2 weeks. Fully checked in, luggage tags printed…BUT I can’t access my Set Sail Pass! What do I do???
