I was denied a price reduction because I had made my final payment. It seems strange to me that RC requires your final payment 90 days before your sailing date, and then reduces cabin prices until after this 90 day period has elapsed.
I am sailing in 1/18/24 and found the price for my 2D cabin was reduced over $1000. I contacted my travel agent requesting a partial refund. She was only able to get me an upgrade to a 1D cabin. I then sent RC an email informing them of my disappointment in their policy, but they refuse to make any attempt to rectify this policy.
