I feel like this is pretty true, we were both getting great offers weekly, got our Prime Certificate in March and booked almost instantly for October 30th. Since booking the annual cruise, we've gotten maybe two offers, and only after camping the casino to ask about it. Not sure I'd even use another annual cruise certificate, we were getting way better offers with just the random ones. Hoping to get back on the list after the October cruise lol.
