We will have 4 adjacent cabins next year on Anthem of Seas, and will plan on getting our steward to open up the balcony dividers. We decided this was so much cheaper than adjoining rooms, as my sister and her family are having 2 cabins (for 5 people), and adjoining rooms were about an extra £250 each person! I have no idea why adjoining cabins are so much more expensive for 2023 sailings, normally they are only about £25/£30 extra. And adjoining balconies cost nothing extra , for the time being anyway…. If I booked today for a balcony cabin next year on Athem:

When I checked in at the port in Southampton, I only had to show a negative antigen test result that I competed 2 days before at home. I was not asked to show any vaccination status. However, when looking at the RC daily planner app on board, I saw this caption for the Music Hall !!!

I phoned RC and managed to get the Deluxe package for my 12 day cruise on Anthem out of Southampton this coming October for £40 per night . For my 14 day cruise, again on Anthem from Southampton next July, the price is £43, but when I called to book it the total price was coming up wrong @ £700 each, so £50 per day! I’ve to call back next week when they hope to have fixed the computer issue. So not sure how people above managed to book when I could not!! I was told the offer is on until end of this year, so plenty of time…. Also, my family in Australia have booked the same cruise as me for next July (we booked our rooms at the same time so that we are next door to each other) but they cannot get the same deal I’m not sure if I can buy this on their behalf at the same price ….! I’ll ask when I call next week.
