I remember............it's "Scooter".... to me. ;) Howdy neighbor. 15 days and 7 hours till I start adding additional tips at the bar. Brilliance out of Tampa. First, and can't wait. Bought the drink package... What's the problem with slipping the bartender a couple of bucks cash, instead of on the ticket as a tip? I've done that before in places that "pool" tips. Problem? Hi Guys and Gals, Cindy and I are super stoked over our first trip, Brilliance, Jan 7th out of Tampa. Well, truth be known, I'm stoked. She's concerned about "motion"..... I'm Praying she stay's settled. She already has her "patches" for behind the ears, just in case. We're going with 2 other couples, employee friends of hers/ours. I"m semi retired as President of a manufacturing plant, Working a small business out of a home office. (keeps me outta trouble) Cindy has over 30 years "complex" HR, working 2 and sometimes more, Int'l Paper Manufacturing plants, here in Central Florida. She has about 3-4 more years, but keeps telling me "If she can make it that long". LOL We live about 35 minutes east of Port of Tampa, and have had so much fun "planning" this trip. I'm enjoying reading all your posts, and appreciate and value your experiences. If any of you have additional "hints" for newbies, Please feel free to let us know. Feel like I know some of you guys. Thanks much guys! Great info. I did Google and found menus from 2014, however thought more recent might be available. Cindy's already decided we're going to Chops one dinner. As newbies we're not real sure what to expect. We're wanting to try out as many aspects of the Brilliance as we can, and hopefully, she'll be ok and we can plan a longer voyage. ;) I'm not quite down to counting the hours yet, but please note, we're down to 38 days till boarding. lol Thanks again for all your help. Hi Friends. Seems like I know some of you guys. Newbie here. First Cruise Jan 7th out of Tampa to see if the better half can handle the movement of the boat. I truely hope she can as we would like to take a longer voyage. (she already has her 'patches'). I've done some homework, but cannot find Menu's for Briliance 2016. Particularly our Jan. 7th-11th timeframe. Is there someplace I'm overlooking to find the MDR Menu's for that trip? Really appreciate all the good info you all come up with. I'd like to think that "one day", I'll have the experience to help answer some of these newbie type questions I keep coming up with. Can you tell I'm just a "little bit" excited about our first trip?
