I'm proud to say I emailed my local representatives pleading for help restart the cruise industry!! Thanks @Mattfor making this easy for all of us! This is something I wouldn't normally do, but it's so easy to take 5-10 minutes and write a personal message along with the pre-filled forms that simplify the process. Negative news generates interest.  Interest means ad revenue.
Positive news is great but doesn't tend to generate revenue for the media.  
Several cable news outlets put out blatantly incorrect stories because it generates interest and ad revenue.  They aren't reporting "news" they are creating it because it sells and they make more money.
It's all about money.

I just got my second dose of the Pfizer vaccine on Friday.. My arm is sore but other than that I'm fine.. Normally I'm ant-vax (wont ever get a flu shot) but if it gets us back on a ship mask free then I've done my part..

Still not old enough to qualify 

We are of age tomorrow so I just registered the both of us. While not thrilled we do not want to possibly be able to be spreading to others. Nervous yes, but this sampling even here has put me at ease, thanks everyone here, let's sail! I have lots of FCC to use!
 

First dose appointment tomorrow.  
State age limit officially drops as of tomorrow but one of pharmacies offering shots has lowered the age limit on their website today as they said they would since all appointments offered begin tomorrow.
Feeling more confident now I'll be ready to meet any vaccine requirement to cruise and maybe even be ready for any test cruises that could be coming.
I'm ready to travel again.  

The only reason I'm getting the vaccine is for cruising. While I personally don't think they'll be mandated in the USA for cruises, I do think it'll make life easier on board (or at least to get on board)

@Neesastarting Monday it’s 60 and older for Florida. I bet in less than 2 weeks after that it’ll be 50 and older. 
 
Florida is kicking butt in the vaccine department. 
 
I’m now pushed back to late October cruise. I’ll wait until 30 days prior to vaccinate. Hoping cases will be so low that vaccination won’t be needed. 
 
If masks still required on sun deck in October, I’ll cancel. That’s the one deal breaker. I’ll wear one anywhere else on the ship but not on pool/sun deck.

The good news is ... if they are in your cabin and you buy the drink package they are not required to also buy the drink package since they are not of ship drinking age.  
Normally everyone of drinking age in the same cabin must buy the drink package if anyone in the cabin does.  
That worked out well for me sailing with a 20 year old.  Now that she is over 21 it's gotten more expensive every time we go to dinner at home.
