Odd question, but my wife is allergic to bromine...anyone know what chemicals RC uses in their hot tubs?

My wife and I will be sailing on Wonder ots in September (Western Med). We would like to do our own thing in Palma de Mallorca and Marseilles France. Any suggestions on shopping areas and if necessary transportation to them? Thanks.
