How long after it was redefined did they re try

So I had an email last night at 18.55 saying my card had been declined for a royal up bid cli ked the retry button had a message saying we will try again but don't say when. Dose anyone know what happens here it still showing as pending on the bid up and funds are still in my account. Never done it before and can't find anyone to speak to. Was hoping someone on here would help. X
