I have a friend who is currently on a cruise with another cruise line. She is only to leave the ship if she has booked an excursion through the company. Apparently this seems to be a post covid restriction. Are Royal Caribbean allowing people to leave the ship indeendently when in port or do they have aslo have the same "excursions only" policy at the moment?
