I didn't feel like getting a sales pitch, so we just signed up for NextCruise on the app while onboard. Worked great!

We recently did our first cruise, I was totally confused by the gratuities. I still have no idea what prepaid gratuities are. At the end of the cruise they were on our bill. And we tipped our favorite crew members some cash as well.

Follow up question to this thread.. For my family of four, does it matter if I get 4 voom packages or 1 package with 4 devices? I only ask because it's cheaper to add devises than packages... Thanks!
