Same. I have a special needs kid that doesn’t appear special needs. If something happened, even if you are in contact with the ship about an incident, the idea of people yelling and booing us sounds awful.

I just asked this question and everyone said Porters will take carry ons with the rest of the luggage. Which is super convenient, I need both hands for my pizza and margarita.

Thanks!! I have a cross body I can keep wallets, passports and meds with us! yay!! Suits on at the hotel (under appropriate clothing) and hit the ship running. I’m so excited!!

We had porter take our regular luggage and loved it!! Last trip we only had backpacks, so no porter help, but this time we will have 2-3 carry on suitcases. Will porters take these up?

We are looking at a cruise in September/October on Oasis of the Seas. And we have a young son with autism, non-verbal. i saw a website describing the program, but i’m a little confused. do we book normally or through them? Is it a lot more expensive? any info would be so great!!

Just got back from a weekend Bahamas cruise on Independence, we are hooked!!! Ready to book a fall cruise!! We’ve narrowed it down to ports close to us (NJ & MD) since flying with all 4 kids is insane. Bahamas at Cocoa Cay on Oasis OR Bermuda and Cocoa Cay on Enchantment. Please weigh in, any advice or opinions is more than welcome!!

Sooooo….hubby and I booked a 20 year anniversary short weekend cruise. We made plans for childcare, which has since fallen through. Now we need to bring our two kids (8 & 5) with us. We have a ocean balcony room, that is supposed to hold 4. Anyone have a ballpark figure in how much it will cost? (We are driving, so thankfully no flights to rearrange) the cruise in May 6-9, so it is not eligible for the “Kids Sail Free promo”. Any advice is appreciated!! Thank you!
