Hi there, My friend and I just got off the Wonder of the Seas and received a complimentary cruise from the casino for select dates or $500 off. We went to Nextcruise before we left and booked the cruise. We were told that it would take about a week to show the credit. Well my friend called them tonight to see what it would be to upgrade and he was told it was booked incorrectly and the promo wasn’t applied and that all the free rooms have been booked now but then I read online that the credits aren’t always applied until 3 months out. This is the first time we’ve ever gotten anything so we’re not sure what the deal is and we’re being told 2 different things.
