We used Budget in August. Plenty of shuttles to and from the ship. Budget’s office was extremely busy and a little chaotic. People and bags everywhere with no signage as to where people were suppose to go. The employees behind the counter were doing their best but Budget needs to organize that office better. It was about 45 minutes from the time I arrived at Budget to drop the car off until we made it to the cruise terminal. And a little over an 90 minutes from the time we cleared customs until we picked up our car.

Just checked the cruise planner. All the prices are the same as they were before the website went down. No $18 drink package.

I sailed on Harmony last week. I picked up my CPAP 3 days before the cruise. I sent a email to special need but took it anyway. No one said a word when I walked onboard. Just ask your stateroom attendant for some distilled water.

We are on Harmony now and want to tip our waiters. Do I need to tip each of our waiters individually or will they split the tip I leave?
