I reached out to RC through their Twitter because I only have a photocopy of my original and wanted to know if it would be accepted, And the response was yes.

I photocopied my original because I knew, like most things, I’d lose. Asked if it was acceptable through their Twitter account And was told yes. Then ss’d as verification.
