Booked connecting balcony cabins. Anyone out there on this cruise? Hoping that we get to all ports listed. If anyone hears changes, let me know.

On board credit for using FCC to book a cruise

Thanks for all the help but I see the window appears to be cruising by Dec 2022. Our cruise is in Jan 2023. Any input on this. The RC travel planner did say we were eligible and I did not question her because I knew nothing about this. -
On March 29th I booked 2 ocean view cabins with my FCC. The Royal Caribbean travel planner told me that we'd get $100 on board credit per cabin because we booked with FCC. It does not show up on booking receipt. Did she know what she was talking about? I have called RC twice and after 50 and 52 minute holds, I was cutoff or hung up on.
