If 2 in my party have the surf and stream package, can we use iMessage or do we need something like WhatsApp to be able to text each other?

We can each have one device or have to share one device at a time?

If you purchase the drink package, all adults have to purchase as well. If I'm buying the Deluxe Beverage/Voom one device package, does that mean my wife and I both have access to the voom one device?
