Recently sailed on Mariner of the Seas, normally they have two gangways , one forward and one aft and it is a wonderful thing, you are off the ship in no time. Well the aft gangway wasn't working (the line I was in) so things gat snarled. Don"t know who owns those rolling gangways...Other than that fun was had by all!

They don't always bring your gift the first day of the cruise, I just came back off the Mariner and I received my Tote bag the evening of day 2.

Has anyone heard if Royal is going to change the port of call from Haiti? They are having some real problems there, kidnappings and civil unrest, doesn't look safe.

I have a question...I am considering buying 100 or more shares of Royal stock. Most times I cruise as a Solo passenger as a Diamond plus member with 363 points. I don't always pay the full 200 percent single supplement because I get a discount and normally pay around 150 percent. Would I still receive the onboard credit benefit by not paying the full 200 percent. I have 3 upcoming cruises of 14 days each.

You will love the Mariner, great ship and crew. This cruise will be her first sailing since her refit in Cadiz, Spain ( still there today). She will be all bright and shiny.
