At home test vs. CVS/Walgreens

The test Royal suggest is the Abbot test. There are two options, the 2 pack and the 3 pack. If I buy the 2 pack, is that one test for me and one for my wife?.....or do we each need our own box of 2? I know its a silly question but I don't want anything to go wrong and this test has me stressed
