This was going to be my partner and I's first time on a cruise and we were super excited. Unfortunately, we have had a significant personal event come up and we will not be able to go on our cruise now. We booked in early January and were set to sail in late May. We are now in a position where we want an actual refund, not a cruise credit. I have found conflicting information on which is applicable and I am not sure how to go about it. We have only paid for half of the cruise fare so far.
