  1. This is amazing news. Thanks for clearing that up. When we did the Disney cruise a couple of months ago, we had to test 2 days before the cruise at CVS.. then test again at the port. It was a total PIA. This is much better. Thank you.
  2. Ohhhh that would be amazing! lol Will let you know! x
  3. When people are quoting less than 30 mins from Door to being on board, does that time INCLUDE taking the rapid covid test when you get to the port? We have done 2 x Disney Cruises and 1 x MSC cruise in the past 5 months... and it took at least 45 mins to do the test and wait for the results to come back. If it really is less than 30 mins, I shall make lunch on board. We have a 12- 12.30 boarding time for Mariner of the Seas this Saturday in Port Canaveral!
  4. Boooo - Sailing on March 12th - Mariner of the Seas. Bid on Royal Up for Suites. Today they are all showing as EXPIRED. The only bid showing as PENDING is a Larger Balcony Room. (We bid $30 per person for this, as we are already in a balcony room - Deck 7_) We decided that there is not much point even doing that now, so just tried to cancel the bid.. but RoyalUp site won't let me alter the price or cancel it??? Very strange. I thought it was only like that within 48 hours of sailing?
  5. Leave for 12th March Cruise - 4 days left to go - 4 Royal Up bids put in. All mid way point. All for Suite Class. Zero action right now though! Booooo
  6. We have a 12-noon Arrival time for Port Canaveral. Can we show up 30 mins or so early... without getting turned away?
  7. Phew... I was starting to think that you knew something that I didn't. lol Definitely on WIND DOWN MODE now though... to get on board. The only arrival time at port was from 12-noon and after... so we grabbed that one. Hoping it doesn't take too long to go through the Covid Testing BS etc.
  8. You think there is going to be some issues then, Smokey? Pls explain.
  9. I was guessing it will be close to capacity. But if it is only 75%... it will make it easier to get to the bar! lol Thanks for your thoughts on this.
  10. Well done you. I have just tried to make a MOCK booking of a Suite on RCL direct, and there are non showing on their site. The highest you can go is a Balcony.. which we have already.. But really happy for you, Dave!
  11. Hi guys. Newbie here. We are sailing on the Mariner of the Seas - March 12-March 17th out of Port Canaveral. Only 5 days to go. Whoop Whoop. We are in a Balcony Cabin on Deck 7. Already applied for Royal Up for a Suite, but I am guessing I have more chance of smelling Rockinghorse Shite, than I do of getting into a suite during Spring Break. Anyway... what I am trying to find out is .... Does anyone know what capacity this ship will be sailing at? Thanks in advance!
